group sessions

why group sessions?

Running indoor winter training sessions in the village is what first inspired me to become a PT. Training in a group with a common goal is both more fun and effective than going it alone. Group sessions are brilliant because you surrounded by like-minded people. You’re more likely to work harder and get more out of your training, plus you’re almost guaranteed a good laugh.

What’s it like?

I like to keep things varied, so you’re not likely to do the same workout more than once. Most sessions follow a ‘circuit’ style with a variety of different movements so that you’ll always get a full body workout. These sessions are designed to be adaptable to all abilities, with the intensity dictated by you.

How do I get involved?

I’m currently running the following sessions:

Circuit Sessions at Mylor Playing Fields, Mylor Bridge on Mondays from 9.15-10.30am.

Restarting in September:

Strength Training at Penryn College Gym, Penryn on Thursdays from 6-7pm

Booking is essential! If you’d like to join in, click the button below and drop me a line.

Or if you have a group of friends who’d like their own session, just drop me a line and we can set you up with your own tailor-made sessions!
