why partner sessions?
Half the cost, twice the fun. Sharing sessions with a friend makes you more likely to commit, and more likely to enjoy yourself. Whether you feel a bit nervous doing a 1-2-1 session, or you’d just like to share the cost with a friend, partner sessions are a great way to get training. Partner workouts are great if you and a friend are looking to improve your general fitness.
What’s it like?
Partner sessions are tailored to your needs, as well as your friend’s. That might mean you both do exactly the same thing, or it might mean using different weights or movements. Typically, it’ll be a full body workout, at a pace and intensity to suit your needs.
How do I get involved?
I’m a travelling gym, so sessions can be done at a time and location to suit you - in your garden with the kids in tow, or down on the beach after work - whatever works for you both! To get started, just click the button below and let me know what you’re looking for.
