why individual sessions?
There’s a huge range of reasons why individual sessions might be the right choice for you: if you’re training for an event and need some specific training areas targeted; if you’re recovering from an injury and need your workouts to both work around your injury and rehabilitate; if you’re just getting into fitness and don’t want the gym environment; or if you simply want a bit of directed focus.
What’s it like?
1-2-1 sessions are entirely tailored to you - your likes, dislikes, abilities, weaknesses and training needs. So a session might be a really high intensity sweat-fest workout, or a very steady session aimed at improving stability and function. It really does depend on what you want and need.
How do I get involved?
Think of me as a travelling gym! We’ll meet at a time and location to suit you - in the park before work, in your back garden when the kids have gone to bed - whenever and wherever suits you is when it happens.
