The Food library

My food philosophy is simple:
eat food which tastes great and nourishes you.

I am a big eater; food is one of my favourite things. And I’ve found that the right diet can help you look, feel and perform better. I’m lucky enough to be married to a great cook, and together we’ve put together recipes for the food we eat everyday.

I don’t believe in fad diets, extreme eating or denying yourself enjoyment of food. But I know it’s not always easy to eat well. However, with the right knowledge and ingredients, you can eat a varied diet which is both nutritious and delicious.
