Managing your menopause

Join us for a relaxed and informative day of workshops
designed to help you navigate the menopause.

We will be covering the basics of what to expect from peri-menopause onwards,
exploring the changes your body may go through and suggesting ways to support yourself in terms of nutrition, fitness and well being.

A range of workshops will focus on different aspects of these, including practical approaches to dealing with physical and emotional symptoms. This introductory day will lead on to various routes for on-going support, including individual and group sessions on nutrition and fitness.

Suitable for everyone, regardless of age, or stage of your menopause journey.
