A relaxed and informative session designed to help you
navigate the menopause, led by Ginnie and Polly.

Join a circle of women who are ready to embrace their menopause and find out more about this important transition, which represents a third of our lives.

Nutritionist Ginnie will be speaking on how to tailor your nutrition and eat well on your menopause journey; personal trainer Polly will be explaining how different types of exercise and movement can support your health and wellbeing during menopause and beyond.

There will also be opportunities to discuss your own journey, and take part in a guided relaxation session.

We will be covering the basics of what to expect from peri-menopause onwards,
exploring the changes your body may go through and suggesting ways to support yourself in terms of nutrition, fitness and well being.

Suitable for everyone, regardless of age, or stage of your menopause journey.
