I’m not a ‘natural athlete’ or someone who’s just always been into sport. I’ve had to go on a very deliberate journey to get my body to work for me and not against me. I lived for years thinking I was as good as I was going to get, and it’s only been through specific strength work, moving better and breaking down my own barriers that I’ve realised my body can change and adapt if I want it to.
Let me share what I’ve learnt with you.
You might want to just get a bit fitter, you might be training for an event or a competition, or you might simply want to become a better version of yourself.
Whatever your goals, I can help you achieve them. And we’ll have fun while we do it!

One-to-one sessions designed to meet your goals, whether you’re brand new to fitness, or an experienced athlete who wants some help fine-tuning.
PARTNER SESSIONS
Partnering up with a friend is great for improved motivation - shared workouts can be more enjoyable and push you further.
GROUP SESSIONS
Small group sessions where you know you’ll get a great workout as well as a laugh. Join an established class or set up a new one with a group of friends.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS & PROGRAMMING.
Everyone’s pushed for time at the moment. With virtual sessions & programming you can workout in your own time, at your own pace, with virtual support whenever you need it.
